I had extensive throat surgery / reconstruction near 5 years ago due to a tumor on my voice box. I credit Dr Carroll and his staff with saving my life. I have had a fairly active life since.
All follow up visits are timely, great and the staff very caring and helpful.
I could not ask for better care.

Recently, I was faced with a parotid tumor. In researching the condition, the one fact that presented time and time again was how important it was to find a surgeon who was skilled with this type of surgery due to the delicate nature required in not damaging a major facial nerve in the face.

Again, upon doing my research it became evident that Dr. Carroll was at the top of his field in this area and so I scheduled an appointment with him.

I was very pleased with every aspect of working with Dr. Carroll. He took the time to answer each of my questions and was excellent at explaining all the risks and options that were important for the surgery itself and the follow treatment. My surgery, which turned out to be more difficult due to where the tumor was located was handled in an excellent manner by Dr. Carroll and there was practially no side effects related to the facial nerve. He was everything I had read he was and I would recommend him for anyone as a true expert for this type of problem.
