i was forced to give one star above. this office is a joke! I arrived 20 minutes early and waited over an hour before they took me in. Because i had insurance, they made sure i paid everything upfront and challenged my insurance company by trying to over charge and then take me to court. the court ruled in my favor. these people are a fraud! Not to mention after the surgery, i was put in a small "supply" closet with a dirty cot to lay on for what i was told was 20 minutes. this office is rude and nasty, the woman at the front desk are incompetent and have serious mental issues concerning billing and control. do yourself a big favor and do not get involved with these people in any way.

BEWARE! CARELESS BUTCHER! Very dirty office, except for the waiting room. Almost everything that could go wrong, went wrong. I came 20 min before appointment but was admitted 45 min past due with no apology! He was very unprofessional, only talked about himself and his problems. Made disgusting and offensive joke about females! Did not give me enough anesthesia before extraction. When I had tears from pain and told him about it, he made another joke and proceeded anyway! A few days later I found out that he left big piece of broken tooth behind. When pulling the tooth, his tool slipped and hit my front teeth so hard, I thought he broke it, fortunate not. In the end, called my dentist "stupid". Weeks later, I'm still in pain. Hope he did not cause permanent damage to the nerve. I will report him to department of public health and contact my attorney.
