They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
