Bedside manner is lacking. Didn't introduce herself to me or confirm my name, DOB etc. Began our first visit by reprimanding me and making suggestions that were unrealistic for my lifestyle. Didn't build any rapport or get to know her patient before making suggestions for improvement in eye care.
