I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment. They were running really behind and I was disappointed because it threw off the rest of my day. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. The staff must have not been trained very well. Almost every time I would ask them a question, they'd refer me to their boss or someone else. They were a little too argumentative and angry. They didn't seem like they wanted to listen to almost everything I had to say.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. Their staff is very friendly and professional.
