Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. My child absolutely loves Suman Malhotra, MD. They are so kid-friendly and act like my child's best friend. This doctor has great bedside manner. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important.

Every time I visit, they over-treat my child even if it's a really simple illness. I feel like they're just trying to make money off me. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. She even refused to give me copies of my son's medical records! She said they were too busy for that. Most of the time, they don't call me back for quite a while, but they've called me back quickly once or twice. When they do call, she refuses to answer any of my questions and told me it isn't her job to keep both parents informed.
