I was a patient of Dr. Rossman. I am diagnosed with Acute B Cell Lymphocytic Leukemia, Philadelphia Chromosome. Dr. Rossman should have referred me to a university-based treatment center (UCLA) due to my condition. Instead, I had another professional review my records who promptly told me to go to UCLA. Since, I have received incredible treatment at UCLA. When they admitted me, my liver, kidneys and even spleen were falling; however, I had seen Dr. Rossman just a few days earlier and nothing was conveyed about that. The treatment protocol at UCLA is very different than the one Dr. Rossman had me on. I feel that my decision to go to UCLA was necessary and life-saving. I am confused as to why he was only seeing me once a week and did not identify my emerging organ failures (which resulted in a nine day hospitalization at UCLA). I wonder whether or not if I would have died in his care. I feel really sad that I have to write this review. Dr. Rossman seems like a very nice man. However, I am the mother of four and I want to live. If you have ALL, try to receive treatment at a University-based center. I think this is what I am trying to say.

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

There is no comparison!
Was the waiting area spacious?
No, but I can always find a seat
