They definitely favor certain clients, and make an extra effort to help those clients. I was afraid that they wouldn't help me if they didn't like me. They weren't friendly at all to me during my appointment. They were extremely rude and impolite, which made me devalue their opinion and ability to provide proper care. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. The office was easy enough to find. I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible.
