They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They were easy to reach in an emergency. When I called they answered right away and I was so relieved to hear a friendly voice. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously.

This office is disgusting and dirty. My mom made an appointment to see the dr for a yearly checkup. we arrived 20 mins before the appoitment. We waited and waited after an 1 hr later i asked the front receptions what time they would call my mom in. The lady responded i dont know b/c the DR. had an emergency and all they could say they would inform me when he would be in. We literally waited for 2hrs when the DR. came in he didnt even appoligize to everyone waiting on him. This is not the first time it happends people in the lobby said this DR always tends to make his patients wait for 2-3 hrs
