Dr. Schaus and her PA, Melinda, are extremely kind and caring. They both answered all my questions thoroughly and, frankly, were more concerned for me than I was for myself at that point in time. While I thought, because of my continuing pain, that surgery was the only answer, Dr. Schaus refused. Her reassurance that the issue did not require dire or radical measures saved me the additional pain that such a dramatic step would have caused. My problems did rectify themselves, but she kept a close watch on me through it all. She is one of the best ob/gyns I've ever seen, and I had been to many over years of ongoing issues. I have sent many patients to this office, and I will continue to do so.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of

No, but they said they were going to!

Somewhat, they didn't want to listen to almost anything I said
Was this provider's office clean?
Yes everything was neat and sterile
Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special?
Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
