I don't know who reviewed this doctor before me but I am guessing she had her relatives come on here and do it. I made an appointment with her based on her reviews and here's what happened: My apt was at 8:30am (first apt of the day). As I sat in the waiting room at 8:45 I heard the receptionist answer a call and then say, "You are at this office today. Yes your patient is here waiting." Then she turned to me and told me the doctor was stuck in traffic..as if I hadn't just heard her conversation that 15 minutes after my appointment, she didn't even know which office she was working out of that day. I sat and waited until 10am for her to decide she was ready to come to work. If this had been me..an hour and 1/2 late, my apt would have been cancelled and I would have been charged. Then, she rushes in, spends 5 minutes with me, diagnoses me with acid reflux and says she is going to send a prescription to my pharmacy. When I go to my pharmacy the next day..surprise..NO script was ever called in. I didn't bother calling her, realizing what kind of doctor she is. When I got my bill today I called to tell them I am not paying my $20 copay and tried to tell Gina, the office manager, why. She could have cared less. Terrible service, terrible office. DO not go here if you want actual medical care.
