Very pleased with the doctor and his staff

They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They are not the friendliest doctor in the world, but they are nice enough. I can't really complain about their bedside manner. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all.
My only gripe is the lack of digital information because I previously was a Kaiser patient for 14 years. All of my lab results and prescriptions were available to me online. Dr. Eckerling wants to see me in person to discuss labs. I know how to read my own lab results and do not appreciate having to pay to see them.
