Yes the office staff and doctor have some redeeming qualities but they are the same as most doctors in Las Vegas. eager to hand out a prescription to cure whatever ails you and no discussion about options or if you do go the prescription route there is no discussion about possible side effects. Doctor Gothelf has no real bedside manner and constantly has his nose in a laptop computer while you are speaking to him. His nurse "Scott" is a complete idiot and acts as if he has his hand in the prescription narcotics cooky jar. I would not recommend this office to anyone I cared about. Gothelf is your typical Las Vegas M.D. why fix anything when you can take a pill for it!
