He is very rude over the phone. Talks down to you and treats you like total crap. Even if you have health care experience, he does not care about your opinion and as he has said himself, " I won't get paid if the patient does not come in", this is for a simple lab.... All it comes down to for this man is $$$$$$$$. Not impressed
