I have already recommended to everyone I know that they go see Dr John! They truly deserve more praise than I can give! I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

I live in Colorado Springs and my son has autism. Dr. Kucera is one of only 2 doctors in town that specialize in autism. I called the office to see if Dr. Kucera would accept our insurance, which is Aetna. I spoke with Connie, who was not helpful and almost rude. [ Me: Does the doctor accept Aetna? Connie: No. Me: Why? Connie: He just doesn't. Me: Could I talk to him? Connie: You would just have to pay cash." ]
Dr. Kucera is on the DAN (Defeat Autism Now) list, and I would expect better customer service from someone with that kind of association.
I have not seen this doctor, but if I do I will update my review.
