There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

He has a friendly manner and seems very charming, however, he is extremely quick to write prescriptions. It's all about the drugs. He'll give you exactly what you ask for.

This office runs perpetually late and requests that you get there 15 mins ahead. The quickest I've gotten in is 20 mins and I've waited up to 1 1/2 hours. The average time waiting is 30 mins so bring a book as the reading material there is sad. They should at least have decent material in an attempt to make up for making you wait for such long periods.

The front desk gal who schedules is rude & almost every time I schedule, she picks up the phone or talks with another employee mid-sentence w/o out even an "excuse me" or "one moment please". It's really quite disturbing.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment.
