Their office was well organized and clean. A little out of date, but who cares. They are always prepared for my appointment. I will absolutely return. I love how much attention to detail DR. Bergman shows. She knew more about my allergy season than I did. She always pays close attention to my chart/history when we are speaking. She sits down every time she comes in the room and listens to every word I have to say without making me feel rushed. She always compares my issues with her personal present/past issues, I love that because it makes me feel like I'm talking to a friend rather than a Doctor. I have never been to such a caring and friendly MD. I absolutely love DR. Bergman. The only complaint I have is the inability to get someone on the phone when I call. I usually always get the voicemail. Other than that, DR. Bergman and her Nurses/MA are WONDERFUL!

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all! They were always present and attentive
