I did not get a chance to see Dr. Tim Shepherd, but the nurse I saw was very nice and understanding. However, the staff is full of arrogant, and rude people. I will never go back there because of their staff. No notion of customer service.

I was never able to relax during my appointment. I was on edge the whole time. Their office equipment was in good shape and looked very current. I felt like everything was very safe. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. There's been quite a few times where I've been on my way to my appointment, and they've called me to postpone it. It's not all the time, but it's still annoying. They definitely pressured me to buy products. I felt like they were just trying to make money off me. Don't call this provider if you're in a hurry. Every time I call I have to wait on hold forever. I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting.
