I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, after signing in I was called to provide information. Reception staff are polite, cordial, and sensitive to the needs of patients. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods.
