Don't go near this P.O.S. so called doctor. He lies to your face. He is only concerned about is his money in his HMO group he belongs to. I asked him for a referral several times to Mayo clinic for my chronic pain I have for the past 34 years.I called my insurance 3 three different times to see if Mayo clinic is covered with my plan and they said yes it is all 3 three times I called. All I needed is a referral from my doctor. My wife is a teacher and we have the best health insurance that is available today!! First he said the doctors at Mayo clinic are no better then him!!! What a joke!! Then he told me my insurance would not pay for it. I told him I know what coverage I have and it is covered. I asked him several times for a referral and he lied and denied me coverage that I have and we pay a lot of money for. I would not take a stray dog to this doctor. He needs to have his medical license pulled forever!!!
If there is a way I could rate him minus stars I would!!

Excellent doctor, but the staff does not follow through with their jobs at all. Very difficult to get refills on medications despite numerous calls from me and the pharmacist. This has been an ongoing problem, so I have no choice but to find a new doctor.
