It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I called with my questions and concerns. They definitely could have been more polite. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. They definitely were not willing or able to answer the majority of the questions I had. I needed a lot of information, but received barely any.
