They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I wouldn't think twice about sending my friends and family here. They are very good at what they do. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

Their staff is very friendly and professional. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them.
