Terrible doctor. I will never see this doctor ever again. She did not listen to my medical complaints, she played with her iPhone throughout my visit, she's very unprofessional.

Never Again. This was my first visit to Dr. Irina Klebanov and also my last. The office is dirty and outdated. The wait time was over 45 minutes. The office manager is a big Russian lady who looks like a male wrestler (she's huge with big muscles), she yells and screams at the receptionist and barks out orders to patients. She's very nasty. The doctor is no better as she is very arrogant. She received her medical degree from a cheap low rank medical school within the City University of New York (CUNY). Not a good doctor at all.
Based on my EKG she told me I had a heart attack. I never had a heart attack. No doctor will diagnose a heart attack based on a borderline EKG without further testing. An ultrasound of the heart and stress testing is necessary to confirm it. She prescribed me Cardizem, a heart medication which slows your heart rate. She could have killed me !!
I went to another doctor and a cardiologist and both said my heart is perfect. Another thing is this doctor accepts Medicaid so 99% of her patients are poor and without good health insurance. If you have insurance other than Medicaid (welfare) then don't see this doctor. Do yourself a favor and schedule an appointment with a better doctor. There are many great doctors out there.
