They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I got an appointment in a resonable amount of time. I've had to wait about 15 mins. To be seen. Their eye equipment was standard for routine exam and kept in good shape. re. It

Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away
