After graduating from the University of Florida, Dr. Hang Thai attended the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in Philadelphia where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2001. She is a board member of the Central Florida Society of Optometric Physicians and an active member of both the Florida and the American Optometric Associations.

Dr. Thai and Associates is located inside the Lenscrafters at the Winter Garden Village. We are open 7 days a week for your convenience for routine comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens examinations and urgent eye care.

My daughter did her contact eye exam and paid for her test along with her sample lenses.They never explained to us that we need to pick up the sample lenses within 60 days. Now we called to pick up her lenses and order the final lenses, but they do not want to give us the samples lenses. They stated that we must pay $140.00 for a new eye exam. We paid the 1st eye exam with our eye insurance and the difference that was not covered by the insurance, and the samples lenses. We ended up paying from our pocket more than $100.00. My daughter is a student and she only works part time. The doctor does not want to finalize the prescription and we have to pay $140.00 in order for her to finalize a test that we already paid for. I asked the doctor if there was any way that we could only pay a sitting fee for the doctor to finalize the prescription, but she refused.This is very abusive since the eye exam was already paid. They never informed us of the 60 day policy and I didn't sign any paper work acknowledging this policy. I explained to them that my daughter was very busy in nursing school and she was busy with finals. I'm very disappointed of the situation and I'm writing this review to alert future customers of the way that we were treated. This is a robbery. Please be aware
