No, I left with more problems than I came with! I HAVEN'T SEEN ANYONE AT THIS LOCATION YET.

No, I couldn't even find it with my GPS AGAIN, I'VE NOT SCHEDULED NOR SEEN ANY PATIENTS AT THIS LOCATION.
Are you going to visit this provider again?
Only if I couldn't find a better substitute
It's a shame this individual DID NOT contact me because SHE obviously needs to speak with a trained professional.
