I have know Dr. Gold for many years, as a fellow practitioner and as a friend. She is one of the most caring and authentic people I know. Dr. Gold provides her clients with the very best care. I know personally that Dr. Gold is constantly learning about new and better ways to help people, and teach people tecniques and ideas ,so that they can be self reliant, what a gift to give to someone in need of emtional healing! I have heard clients say, " I felt at a ease and comfortable as soon as I walked into her office"
I highly recommend Dr. Gold for someone seeking a true professional.

I am a psychologist in the Wilmington area who knows of the work that Yael Gold, PhD does in her practice. I am impressed with her breadth of knowledge and how she is highly motivated to help her patients. She has a number of skills that she uses to accomodate the various needs that different people have when they seek her help. She has been the epitome of professionalism when we have taken classes together or attended conferences and had discussions about her ethics and treatment approaches. I am happy to refer patients to her and find her very willing to accept a broad variety of clients. She has been in the community for a number of years, from working at UNCW to private practice with a number of other practioners in her office suites. They accept children as well as adults and i know personally of their successes with all ages.
