Whenever I call and leave a message, they usually get back to me within the same day. I'm never left waiting for long. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Not only are they always on time for my appointments, I've even shown up early, and they're still ready to see me. Very satisfied, very comfortable with Dr. Vielle, and very confident in his advice and instruction.
