Services Class Descriptions: All of our Dallas classes are appropriate for most fitness levels. We will empower and enable you to reach your highest potential while having fun at the same time! There is never competition in class. Each student is encouraged to practice at his or her own level. As we energize and revitalize all systems of the body, spiritual and emotional health will follow.

All Levels: You will sweat, be challenged and have lots of fun! Students will flow from pose to pose, utilizing the principles of alignment, personal awareness, and the breath. The classes are physically challenging and creatively designed to transform your total being. These powerful flowing classes are also infused with breathing practices and spiritual teachings. You will connect with your soul and body as you explore your personal power. Change will happen! This class is designed for All Levels, although some knowledge of basic yoga poses is suggested. The All Levels are offered in 60, 75, and 90-minute classes.

Soul Basic: This class is a Basic Vinyasa Yoga class but at a slower pace and with emphasis on foundational postures along with deepening the student’s knowledge of alignment. These classes are great for new and experienced students to grow their practice. This class is challenging.

Intermediate: Our intermediate Vinyasa Yoga classes are similar to our All Levels Vinyasa Yoga classes, but will take your Yoga practice up a notch with a challenged Vinyasa flow with advanced poses and attention to modifications. This class is 90 minutes. We ask that participants have taken at least 10 classes at Soul Motivation or with Joseph before attending. This class can be very challenging.

Meditation/Restorative: The purpose of this yoga class is to teach basic meditation techniques that help promote a centered and balanced lifestyle. Awareness of the breath, attentiveness of the mind, envisioning with intention, and reducing stress help this balanced and centered state of being become a reality. What you meditate regulates what you believe.

Restorative Yoga emphasizes the calming of the nervous system, teaches us how to relax, and allows the body’s energy to be replenished and our spirit rejuvenated. We will practice a series of revitalizing yet basic poses that will create an atmosphere of deep relaxation, promoting refreshment and restoration of spirit, mind, and body.

This class is suitable for people of all ages and abilities – no prior experience is necessary.

Community Class $7: These classes follow the same format as our All Levels Yoga classes. Giving is part of the very nature of God, and we too, have the heart to give. The funds collected will be used to minister to those in need from our immediate city to across our nation. Serving others in your community will change the way you see the world and your place in it. Students with 10-pack class passes can save a class and pay only $7 for this class. All new students or non-members pay only $7 too!

Beginner & Fundamentals: This class is for Yoga Beginners and will move at a steady, slow pace focusing on the development of a solid breathing technique. The class will develop strength, flexibility and mindfulness through the physical and mental elements of a Hatha style of yoga. The class will give you the foundation of yoga poses for correct alignment for your body, including how to combine breath and movement. Pranayama and meditation will be introduced. Yoga props such as blocks, blankets and scraps (belts) will be used in this Soul Fundamentals class practice.

Private Sessions: Getting to work privately with a teacher is often the best way to deepen your practice, fine tune your form, and enable you to explore new poses. Private Sessions can also help to safely take the seasoned practitioner into more advanced poses. Yoga privates are excellent for students who want to learn special poses to help heal injuries. During a private session, your Yoga teacher will design the series of Yoga poses to specifically meet your needs.

We can also provide private, group training either at our center or at your location. We offer private group sessions for friends, family reunions, bridal showers, business events, birthday parties, etc. For details, contact us at 972.960.soul (7685) or info@soulmotivation.com. Private sessions are 75 minutes each.

Please remember that private yoga sessions must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance or you will be charged for the session.
