All classes are designed for anyone (beginner to advanced) interested in yoga. We will focus on Pranayama (breath control), Dharana (concentration) and alignment using Asana (classical yoga poses). Throughout our class, we will learn yoga philosophy based on the 8 Limbs of Yoga, as described by Patanjali. Every class will conclude with Dhyana (Meditation).
