They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. It made my experience that much more enjoyable. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Dr. Leland is the best Dentist around, not only is he personable.. but he pays attention to every detail and his work is outstanding. His staff is also friendly and very helpful - I recommend Dr. Leland and his Team for anyone looking for dental work done or simply yearly cleanings!!

As soon as I walked through the door, I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff. They went out of their way to make me feel special and appreciated. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I'm usually somewhat sensitive to the cold, so I was a little worried that their office would be too cold, but it was fine. I was very comfortable the entire time. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort. nancy
