SHADY and DESPICABLE!!!
I went to Dr. Moreschini once in 2010 for a check up since his office was close to where I worked. I was transferred to another city for my job in January of 2011. Apparently Dr. Moreschini makes follow up appointments for 6 months if the patient agrees. I moved after I was transferred, and about a year later I received a bill for $50 for a missed appointment. I was surprised, I had never received anything to remind me or confirmed the appointment. I called and spoke with someone in the billing office and explained my situation. She said, "no problem we will take care of it." This was in late 2011. Around January of 2013 I received another bill for $50 from Moreschini Dental. I called and there was a new lady in the billing office. I explained it had been taken care of and she said she would call me back if there was an issue. Today, April 11, 2013, I received a voice mail from another new lady in the billing office. I called and explained the situation again. She said she would talk to the dentist and placed me on hold. She came back and stated that his reply was that if I didn't pay it they would send me to collections. I asked to speak with him. He refused, but said that I could make an appointment, drive down to Pueblo (where I know longer live) and pay ANOTHER EXAM FEE if I would like to discuss it. At this point I realized how unethical this business and Dr. Richard Moreschini truly are.
