They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. The dentist kept me waiting to see her after my cleaning because she had not yet arrived at work. Then she took additional x-rays and kept me waiting some more before telling me when I questioned her about my gums that I should schedule an additional deep cleaning. I have been seeing her for a while, but am considering seeking another dentist.

My husband & I have been seeing Dr. Wang for more than 10-years. She's the only dentist we trust. She'll only do work that has to be done, cares about her patients, will advise patients on dental issues so they can correct them, and she has an excellent staff. She sometimes speak with a thick accent, but either she will talk slower to explain something or her staff will repeat what she said. Her & her staff's expertise outshine the occasional language barrier. Plus, my husband recently had a dental emergency. Dr. Wang personally returned his call promptly & went out of her way to accomodate his busy schedule.

I felt compelled to write this review after seeing the other one which gave a low rating. That person's experience is quite the exception. In fact, before seeing Dr. Wang, we dealt with numerous dishonest dentists who were after our money. Dr. Wang is honest & that's why we recommend her to our friends. And, now our friends are recommending her to their friends.
