I loved how calm and soothing the appointment was. Nobody was argumentative or easily angered and that immediately calmed my nerves. One of the first things I noticed about this clinic was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures, but I'm not really sure since THE NEEDLES WERE NOT COVER IN THE TUBE, LOOK CHEAP, SO IT COULD BE CONTAMINATED WHILE LAYING ON THE PLATE - OTHER PLACE I WENT TUBE, THE ACUPUNCTURIST USES THE NEEDLE WITH PLASTIC COVER AND ONLY REMOVE IT WHEN THE NEEDLE STICKS TO MY SKIN. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other clinics I have been to. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
