Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable and have never canceled on me. This practice definitely spends time and effort cleaning their restrooms. I have been to other practices that neglect their bathrooms, but this place was spotless! I was so impressed with how comfortable this office was. I wasn't freezing cold like most and they did everything to ensure I was satisfied!

I couldn't believe how much of a difference my appointments have made. When I leave I feel the best I ever have... Yim is an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in Yim's care.
