PJ is truly amazing. In Oct. 2008 I had a major heart attack and ended up having open heart surgery where they gave me a 4 way bypass. After going through Cardiac Rehab my recovery seemed to be going well until I tried to raise my arms and found that my range of motion was restricted to only 45 degrees on both arms. I could NOT lift EITHER arm up past 45 degrees from my side. I met with my general MD, the heart surgeon, an Orthopedic Trama surgeon of 12 years and Physical Therapists the MD world nobody neither knew why this was happening. So after a few months and thousands of dollars worth of Cat Scans and MRI's, P.T. sessions they diagnosed me with "Frozen Shoulder" and wanted to perform "Forced Manipulation under Anesthesia " ! I knew that I was not going to let that happen so I turned to alternative medicine. I visited PJ in Cameron Park, I told her my story, and she held my wrist to feel my pulse, asked me to stick out my Tongue. She then asked me to lay down and preceeded to put needles in my hands, ears, forehead and shins. (the needles were so small I could not feel them) Then PJ connected some wires to the needles in my shins and adjusted the tickling feeling so it was even on the inside and outside of my shins. I laided there for 20 minutes, (during which my Arms started to get warm) and then PJ came back in and removed all the needles and asked my to raise my arms. And I raised my arms out to my side and almost above my head !! I could not believe PJ was able to fix my arms in 20 minutes where months of seeing the MD world yield nothing but huge bills! She is a truely an amazing person and practioner. Thank-you PJ!

PJ is great at determining what kind of treatment you need for your particular problem. She helped me recover my feeling in my face and tongue after 1/2 of it went number due to an MS attack. She can read your tongue and pulse and see what is wrong. She might not accept all insurances but she is reasonably priced and it is well worth it.
