The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They never have that typical, irritating waiting room music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and adds to the atmosphere. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
