SICKENING experience. I don't want anyone else to suffer this. Look at other online reviews as well before going to this sick place. (First 3 reviews on this site is likely written by the owner- its the same wording) .

Anyway, went for consultation on lasering of upper lip. Beware, the owner is actually an Ob/Gyn (Dr.Singh) who took some courses on Laser removal, spent a lot of money opening shop, and advertises herself a beauty expert. Do not be fooled by the pretty façade of the place. The owner paid a pretty penny to have that décor and is likely scamming customers to pay off her debt. She is NOT a board certified dermatologist. Look it up. Was introduced to "Dr. Thara" (not a medical doctor) is the sales girl- very clever. Sold me a package pushing hard for the whole body which I did not do, claimed to give a discounted price for 6 sessions.
Lost a couple of thousand dollars – this is a disgusting story. 
Had 4 treatments then stopped. Most disturbing was that my HAIR GROWTH WAS STIMULATED and I had MORE HAIR. The bedding and goggles were unsanitary, had poor draping technique, the staff is very unhappy. At my 3rd session, the technician refused to do a Brazilian, just the bikini even though I paid for the brazilian. I pointed this out, and got no call back. At my 4th session, again, the technician said the manager would call back - no call back. I consulted an outside dermatologist, who related that lasers can stimulate hair growth too. I researched to find that if lasers are not regularly maintained and calibrated, or folks with poor experience don't put the right setting which overheat/ do not cool the skin correctly, it can stimulate hair and ruin skin.
This is where the drama begins. 
after calling for 4 MONTHS, kept getting the run around. The technicians and the main receptionist quit in the interim. Disgusted, I finally asked for a refund of the unused sessions which is reasonable - considering that with an adverse reaction like this, I should have demanded it all back.
Pressing to speak to the owner, I finally got a callback from Dr.Singh. Shockingly, she was hostile, erratic, talked over me like a Jerry Springer show clip, and accused me of making it all up. There is no reasoning with a lunatic. She said she had an "army of lawyers" if I persisted. Wow, she must have been sued a few times before, because that was unexpected. After an hour of her ranting about how much time she put into her business, she finally promised to refund me the unused sessions- except 3 weeks later, nothing. When I called her, she openly went back on her word, flat out refused to pay me back, accused me of being cheap for asking for the refund, and said " well, I have to run a business."

She went so far as to say she did me a favor by allowing me a discount to begin with. I lost thousands and ended up with more hair. SICK SICK SICK.

The overall Spa is wonderful. The facials and massages could not be better. The front desk is so accommodating that you want to take her home as a personal assistant. That is all you need at this Spa. The owner/ Dr./ Gynecologist is not someone you can trust for injections . She is only interested in money and is really not capable. Please do yourself a favor and take her out of her misery and keep her in the area of delivering babies. I assume that is her area of talent. Injections of any kind are not!!!!!!
