This is a physical therapy clinic, not a health club. The staff and physical therapist were very helpful, and answered every question i had. They made me very comfortable and helped me heal wuickly. I would refer anyone i know to them. The map is also incorrect, the clinic is just east of the north dallas tollway.

I have been very pleased with the treatment that I have received at Matrix Rehab. They are consistently on time with appointments and attentive during treatment / exercises.
