They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I love that they make an extra effort to always respect my privacy. I never have to worry about feeling uncomfortable while I'm there. They are so kind and caring, and they stay open way past their closing time to help anyone who needs them. They wouldn't deny anyone that needed help. I know I can always count on them. I was really amazed by the exceptional level of service I received, beginning with the massage therapist thoroughly answering all my questions about our session.

Whenever I called with a need for an adjustment r/t motor vehicle accident, the staff was concerned. I spoke with the therapist who had been working with me previosly and she scheduled me for an appointment later that very day. They go out of their way for the patient/client to feel respected and cared for The staff also explains the procedure, what they are doing and why.. I really appreciate the extra effort they give,whether "balancing" or applying deep tissue massage. I have also received follow up phone calls related to my bodys' reaction to treatment.This too, reflect the high caliber of standards they have set for their busiess.
