They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
