I have never seen a Chiropractor before my auto crash a few weeks ago, but when it was recommended that I see one, I wanted only to go to Smith, in Gonzales. The wait time is acceptable to me. The front office is very good about booking enough time for each appointment since this provider is not known to rush. They spend a lot of time with me and I know they may need to spend extra time with some other clients as well. Everyone here seems to really care about helping me overcome my pain and are very considerate of my injuries resulting from the wreck and giving me the answers that I need. I love the soothing radio station playing and the sounds of Healing throughout the office and I feel like the entire staff is praying for my recovery. The Christian atmosphere is so welcoming to me as someone who never frequents doctors offices at all. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. Thank you.

Smith Chiropractic's facilities are very updated and high tech. They have utilized digital documentation to streamline the treatment process. From the moment you enter you are greeted and sent straight to be scanned, no waiting. From there you scan your card to enter the cue. Before you can even sit down the system is calling your name and telling you what station to go to. By the time I scan my card at this station and lay down, Dr Smith is beginning to look over my scans and talking with me about my treatment. Then he begins the adjustments and boom I'm off to the next station. In 45 minutes I get scanned, adjusted, laser treatment, electro stems, and a massage. It's amazingly efficient and extremely effective. I recommend anyone to use Dr Smith. Hands down. Oh, and the staff is super nice and very capable.
