They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
