They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. I still don't know what is technically giving me headaches, what to call my condition, or any options besides upping the dosage to my medication... Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. When you call them they interrupt you and hurry up the conversation... Its very rude. I wish the office had been easier to locate. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better.

Their office was clean and beautifully decorated with photographs of birds. That is where the positive experience ends.
I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. I was never able to fully relax. I felt as though the doctor did not really listen to what I was saying or even believed or care about my condition. I left, again, very frustrated and amazed that this individual graduated from medical school considering his apparent lack of compassion and motivation to help me find a solution to help my very serious life hindering condition. He seemed to be seeing me just to be filling his quota. I think it is dangerous to have someone like this in practice. I do not believe he would be satisfied with a member of his family or someone HE cared about being treated this way. In fact, I know it.
