I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. Their staff is very knowledgeable and qualified. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else.

I adore Dr. Dennis because she listens to me and offers non prescriptive advice instead of just offering to write a prescription for every ailment I might have. The staff are always very pleasant and compassionate with great senses of humor. I have referred many associates and friends to her office to see either Dr. Dennis or Dr. Troung. I haven't seen any other doctors in their practice, but I'm sure they are just as genuinely caring as Dr. Dennis and Dr. Troung. They do set the standard and I have had no negative experiences with them and I hold them in the highest regard.
