I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They keep diapers available in the examination room. Big plus with my children in diapers. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. I've been places before where they were made me feel like I was an idiot, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding and not demeaning. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.
