They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. Dr. Ertle has always diagnosed the problem right on the first time and has always prescribed the appropriate medication and/or OTC item to get right to and clear up the problem. Hands down best dermatologist!
