My experience with this doctor took place in a hospital, not in his office. He came into my room (after heart surgery) and I immediately told him I did not need an endocrinologist. He told me "that's okay, I'm just here to sell you an insulin pump". "Not interested in that, either" is what I told him. For this, I received a bill for $660 for two visits and the kicker, he does not accept my insurance and tells me I'm responsible. My insurance company was gracious enough to pay him $280, but this is not enough. He still wants the other $380. I feel completely abused by this man and wouldn't recommend him for a rat in the street.

Not at all! I had to schedule an appointment for absolutely everything!

Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs
