They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. There are times when I've been there, that I feel like they're favoring certain clients. It's not all the time, but I don't appreciate it when it happens. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, but they're definitely not the best. Also, the Receptionists are completely rude and it seems like they do not care for working mothers.
