I've never met a more polite, respectful rehabilitation specialist. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.
